Picture & Materials Collection Assistant

Job Description: Assisting patrons in finding images and materials, handling check-in and check-out procedures, collecting fines, filing folders and returned images, laminating new Picture Collection material, assisting the supervisor with other Picture Collection duties, helping with displays, and assisting with magazine donations.  Assist with materials filing, labeling, organization and display.  Level II position, $13.50 per hour.  Reliability and punctuality is required.  No prior library experience is needed, but a strong interest in visual reference and materials is preferred. You do not need to submit a resume.  Shifts available are weekday mornings or afternoons, 9am-12:30 or 12:30 - 4:30.  No weekend shifts are available.
