Use this method to find theses across departments
To find TLAD theses, use the search phrase, ARTE "risd thesis" + a unique keyword or phrase.
To find theses across departments that share a common theme, remove the department abbreviation (ARTE).
example: ARTE "risd thesis" "community development" finds TLAD theses about community development.
Change the phrase to "risd thesis" "community development"
to generate a list of theses about community development across disciplines.
NOTE: ARTE stands for Art Education and is the original cataloging abbreviation for Teaching & Learning in Art + Design theses.
