Online Resources at Fleet Library

Over the coming months, we are working to expand these offerings as much as possible. Use these tabs to get to know the variety of tools we provide through Fleet Library's website. If you have questions, reach out.

We also offer Interlibrary Loan for articles (digital formats only for the time being). If there's something you cannot find in our databases, we can often procure you a PDF from another institution. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need help.

How to Log In

Logging in to the Fleet Library website will enable you to access ebooks, image databases, streaming video, articles, and much more from off-campus. First, you will need to be certain your library registration is up to date. If you’ve checked books out this year, it probably is. If you receive an error when you try to log in, please reach out to us via to have your registration renewed.

Then, you will need to sign into the Fleet Library website. To log in, visit the library homepage and click “My Account” at top right. For your username, do not enter your RISD email. Enter your name - first or last name. Your password is the barcode number from the back of your RISD ID. If you do not have access to your ID, or this does not work, please get in touch with us.

Once you are logged in, you will be able to access RISD subscriptions for the duration of your sign-in. You may need to sign in again the next time you use these resources.
