Don't Bug the Waitress and other books from the Women's Studio Workshop: Exhibit

Fleet Library at RISD, 2nd Floor, July 20-September 25, 2015

Women's Studio Workshop

The Women's Studio Workshop is a workspace that encourages the voice and vision of women artists.  Founded in 1974 in Rosendale, NY, this organization offers programming, classes, residencies, and internships.  Their studio offers facilities for book arts, silkscreen, papermaking, letterpress, etching, ceramics, photography, and 3D work.  Special Collections at the Fleet Library has collected many artists' books which were completed with the support of Women's Studio Workshop.  This exhibit celebrates these artists' works.
