HOW TO MAKE A GIFT

Prospective donors must first complete a Donor Record Form, providing their contact information and a list of materials, including titles and general condition. The Library reserves the right to select only particular materials from the donation that fit within our currents needs. Large gifts require a monetary donation to help offset the cost of processing — research, cataloging, preservation, and promotion — which takes considerable staff time and resources. Large donation amounts are handled on a case-by-case basis.
