RISD Library membership costs $25 a year for CE students.

The membership give the following privileges:

Onsite access to all print and electronic resources.

200 images from the Picture Collection at a time.

Ability to reserve conference/classrooms up to twice a month on a space available basis.

5 books for 4 weeks, 1 renewal via My Record

RISD CE borrowing does not include RISD Media, Brown or Athenaeum Library privileges

The library has copiers, printers, and scanners.  Please see our webpage for a list of equipment. 

Scanning is free, images can be saved to a USB, sent via email or saved to Google Drive.  Copying and printing costs range from 10 cents to $2 a page based on paper size and color or black ink. 

You may purchase a guest print card for $1 from the machine in the Portfolio Cafe Lounge. Money can be added to the guest print card and used at at print stations or copiers.
