Faculty Guide to Library Resources

An outline of library's services and resources for faculty: course reserves, off campus access to databases, e-journals, interlibrary loan, instruction, research assistance, and more

Databases A-Z

We recommend starting your article searches at our integrated database tool, Fleet Search. This enables you to browse results from many databases at the same time, including subscription resources like JSTOR, Project MUSE, and Art & Architecture Source. It also indexes open access databases and periodicals held in the library in print. Using Fleet Search is the quickest way to find out if the library has specific items.

Databases not indexed in Fleet Search include Artstor, DAAI, and the Vogue Archive, among others.

To Browse All Databases, go to Databases A-Z. Explore the drop-down menus to select specific sources by Subject and Type.

If you can't find what you need, check the Brown Library catalog, email a librarian at researchhelp@risd.edu, or make use of our Interlibrary Loan service.
