Center for Arts & Language

Peer and professional tutors at RISD’s Center for Arts & Language offer tutoring on all kinds of communication projects for all kinds of purposes — from revising a paper to practicing for critique to designing your thesis book. A&L also provides English language support for multilingual students, advising and infrastructure for student publications (including v.1), workshops, and online resources

RISD Museum

Edna W. Lawrence Nature Lab

Nature Lab staff are available for consultation and technical support for RISD students and faculty. Services include information about the natural history collection, biomaterials advice, sustainability tools, 3D scanning, GIS, photography and more.
